Custom Pom-Pom Beanies

Custom pom-pom beanies turn a practical winter hat into something people actually want to wear: striped team colors, faux fur poms, cable knits and fully custom jacquard toboggans, all with your logo. Most styles also have a fold-up cuff, which gives embroidery or a patch a clean place to sit.

Pom styles in this range

You will find classic knit poms that match the body color (Sportsman SP15 and SP60 striped, two-tone and speckled poms with cuff), plush faux fur poms on cable knits, and a cable knit beanie with a removable pom, which makes washing and storage easier. Pom watch caps (removable pom, oversized pom, plaid, graphic and rib knit) give a workwear fit with a playful top. The Courtney Cable Knit is made with rPET, and the Callaway Women’s Extended Season beanie adds a fleece lining under an oversized pom.

Fully custom knit-in designs

For school, club and event colors, the jacquard toboggan and full color knitted beanies have your design knitted into the fabric instead of stitched on top, with up to 5 Pantone-matched colors on the jacquard styles. The toboggan adds built-in ear covers and braided ear strings, and the pom comes standard. These are made to order overseas, so expect about 25 to 30 working days by air and roughly twice that by ocean.

Decoration and lead times

Stock pom beanies are usually embroidered on the cuff or front panel, with leather, leatherette and woven patches available on several styles. Most ship in about 5 to 10 working days after you approve the proof.

Good to know before you order

A pom adds height, so pom beanies run taller in photos than they wear. On jacquard styles a pom or cuff can be an added charge, and the price shown includes one logo in one location.
