What the materials are

rPET is polyester made by melting down used plastic bottles and other material into new fiber; the Courtney cable knit and Whistler waffle knit use a 50% rPET blend, and the Patch rPET beanie pairs an rPET knit with a cotton logo patch. The Recycled Knit, Recycled Waffle and Wool Blend beanies use recycled polyester in a double-layer build, and a portion of each sale supports 1% for the Planet. The tentree Kurt beanie is 100% organic cotton rib knit, and tentree plants ten trees for each one. The Impact AWARE Polylana beanie carries a digital product passport that tracks its fiber from origin.

Decoration

Most eco beanies are embroidered on the cuff or front. The Patch rPET beanie comes with a 100% cotton patch for your logo, and several recycled cuffed knits take full color heat transfers.

Good to know before you order

Recycled content varies by style, from about half the fabric to most of it, so check the material line on each product before you put a percentage in your own marketing. rPET is still polyester: it keeps plastic out of landfill but is not biodegradable.
