Where your logo goes on a cuffed beanie
The standard spot is the front of the cuff, embroidered in one location. On most styles the imprint area is around 3 inches wide and 1 inch tall, so a horizontal logo works better than a tall one. If your logo has fine detail or small text, choose a style that takes a leather, leatherette or woven patch (Milliner, Grace Collection, Aura and similar): the patch is decorated flat and then sewn or heat-applied to the cuff. Picking the knit and the length
A 12 inch knit (Sportsman SP12T, SP90 Chunky) is long enough to fold into a deep cuff and sits low over the ears. Waffle and chunky watch caps add texture and warmth for outdoor crews. For road, warehouse or parking teams, the knit cuff beanies with reflective stripes add visibility after dark.
Watch caps
A watch cap is the workwear version of the cuffed beanie: a snug rib knit with a deep fold, made for crews outdoors all day. This range includes the Wolverine Knit Watch Cap, the Columbia Whirlibird, stretch, slub and super stretch watch caps, plus checkered, plaid and graphic styles with a pom. Logos go on the fold, embroidered or on a patch.
Production time
Most embroidered cuffed beanies ship in about 5 to 10 working days after proof approval, and several styles offer a 1 to 3 day rush. Full color knit beanies take around 24 to 26 working days, and fully custom jacquard beanies made overseas take several weeks by air or ocean, so plan those well before winter events.
Good to know before you order
Many acrylic knits are hand-wash only, and a ribbed cuff swallows very thin lines, so very small lettering is better on a patch. Some measurements are listed uncuffed.
